Compatico is a premium matchmaking service operating throughout New Zealand, serving discerning singles aged 30-80+ who are seeking meaningful, long-term relationships. Our services include:

- Gold Membership: Entry to matchmaking service with three guaranteed profile shares and higher priority event access
- Platinum Membership: Our premium tier offering personalised matchmaking, unlimited profile shares, dedicated relationship coaching, and priority access to events

Service Delivery
Delivery Method: Services are delivered through a combination of:
- Initial video consultation (scheduled within 5-10 business days of membership activation)
- Ongoing matchmaking services delivered via secure member portal and direct communication with matchmakers
- Dating and community events which are published in our weekly email newsletter and on our website. Event invitations sent via email with 1-4 weeks advance notice where possible.
- Matches are introduced on a rolling basis throughout the membership period
Service Timeline:
- Membership services commence upon payment confirmation and completion of initial profile consultation
- Matchmaking is an ongoing process throughout the membership term
- Event schedules are published monthly via member communications
Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy
- Membership fees are non-refundable once the initial consultation has been completed and matchmaking services have commenced
- Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for unused portions of membership terms
- Event registrations may be cancelled up to 5 days prior to event date for credit toward future events

Export Conditions and Restrictions
Our matchmaking services are exclusively available to residents of New Zealand and are delivered within New Zealand only. Services cannot be exported or transferred internationally.
